The New Age CRU - NACRU is a non-profit think tank established to thus promote the New Age Legislative Agenda of Mr. Alix C. Toulme and the formation of an American Moderate Party for Political Balance.

The U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives routinely pass new legislation to enforce laws which are deemed to perfect our union and enhance peace and prosperity.

Pitbull Control Act
of 2025

According to Dogsbite.org a non-profit dedicated to recording dog attacks in the 15 -year period of 2005 through 2019, canines killed 521 Americans. Pit bulls contributed to 66% (346) of these deaths. Combined, pit bulls and rottweilers contributed to 76% of the total recorded deaths.

NOTA: National Office of Truth & Accuracy

Former President Donald J. Trump is most notably known for calling CNN: Fake News! during his tenure in Office from 2016 to 2020 and I firmly believe that what we require right now in the 2020s is a National Office of Truth & Accuracy - NOTA to fact-check the Media and all Government Officials.

Gun Control Exams of 100 Questions

In 2020, 45,222 people died from gun-related injuries in the U.S., according to the CDC. The figure includes gun murders and gun suicides, along with those that were unintentional, those that involved law enforcement and those whose circumstances could not be determined.

3.33% Church Property
Tax w/ Exemptions

According to some estimates there are more than 380,000 Churches in the United States. While true, that many if not most Churches contribute directly to societal ills, some Churches must do more to improve the overall quality of human life in the US. I hereby propose a 3.33% Property Tax on all Places of Worship for Social Programs.

NERA: the National Ethics Reform Act

In 2020, law enforcement agencies in the U.S. made an estimated 424,300 arrests of persons under the age of 18, 71% less than the number of arrests in 2011 according to the Department of Justice. A National Ethics Reform Act could help our Nation's Youth be more ethical and responsible citizens.

EMMA - Ethics in Music Moderation Act

The Rap & Hip-Hop Industry contributed 170 Billion to the US GDP annually in the Pre-COVID 19 era. And I firmly believe that we should not reward unethical lyrics and behaviors which contribute to our societal ills. I propose we institute EMMA - the Ethics in Music Moderation Act.
